OCB + OP Wurst Quarterly Beer Pairing Dinner

If you love beer and food, then join us at OP Wurst for our Quarterly Beer Pairing Dinner of 2018. We are partnering with our good friends down in Oregon City Brewing to bring you a delicious event. Executive Chef, Victor Deras and Head Brewer, David Vohden have teamed up to create a unique food+beer experience featuring, a seasonally inspired 5 course meal each paired with a tasty OCB craft beer.
1st Course: Charred Octopus with calabrian chile, lemon oil, basil
2nd Course: Risotto, with herbs
3rd Course: Fennel and arugula salad with grapefruit, parsley, pickled carrots, preserved lemon vinaigrette
4th Course: Parsley Pecorino Sausage, peas, gnocchi, brown butter cream sauce
5th Course: Panna Cotta with strawberries, chocolate ganache
